With 40 years of experience in the healthcare field, I have dedicated my career to serving others with integrity, leadership, and compassion. I am a graduate of the University of Mount Olive, and I value lifelong learning and professional growth. My passion is ensuring that every individual receives the dignity, respect, and quality of care they deserve. My name is Tracy Smith, and I have been with Rolling Ridge for 12 years, working in healthcare since 1999. I am a CNA and Life Enrichment Coordinator, as well as serving in Transportation. I have always loved helping others and enjoy making a difference in our residents’ lives. Outside of work, I love traveling, seeing new places, and coming back to share those memories with our residents.

I have worked in healthcare since 1986 and have been a Resident Care Coordinator at Rolling Ridge for 8 years. Throughout my career, I have served as a CNA, Hospice Aide, Phlebotomist, and Activity Director, along with experience in farming and as a florist. I love caring for the elderly and learning from them every day. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
